Dispensary - Settings

1. Go to the navigation bar, click on 'Settings', click on 'General Settings', scroll all the way down, and tick 'Allow Medication Dispensary'. Remember to click 'Save'.

2. Go to the navigation bar and click on “Products”, then click on “Add New Product” in the top right corner.

3. Tick “Medicinal Product” for medications.

4. Fill out all the necessary information, then click “Save”.

Patient - Treatment Notes, Prescription & Payment

1. Click on “Room” and you will be directed to a list of pending patients for that particular treatment room.

2. Click on “Treatment Notes” and you will be directed to the patient profile.

3. Click on “Call Patient”; your patient’s number will be called and displayed on the queue display.

4. Proceed to complete your patient treatment notes.

5. Then click on “Prescribe Medication,” fill out the necessary information, and click “Save.”

6. Tick the checkboxes in the “List of Drugs.” Click on “Print Label” (make sure the label printer is connected to your PC).

7. Lastly, click on “Add New Invoice.” All the prescribed medication will already be in the invoice. Click on “+ Billable Item” to add a service fee. Click “Create Invoice” and “Save Payment.” (You can also click on “Cancel Payment” if no payment has been made yet.)
