ent - Existing Patient

  1. Click on “Add New Appointment” on the top right corner of your calendar or double-click on the desired practitioner column and date/time slot

  2. Choose the patient name (only if the patient is registered in the system).


Appointment - New Patient

NOTE:

You can register a “pending” patient to block the desired date and time for a new patient or an unregistered patient.

The only required informations are

  • Patient’s name

  • Patient’s IC number

  • Patient’s Contact number

  1. Click on “Add New Appointment” on the top right corner of your calendar or double-click on the desired practitioner column and date/time slot

  2. Click on “Create a new patient” and fill up the required information.


Online Booking

To enable online booking:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click “online bookings”

  3. Turn on “online bookings” and Fill in the required information.

Note!!!!!!

To avoid blockage, please ensure that you have done the following:

  1. Enable branch for online bookings

    > Settings

    > Branches information

    > Turn on “Display this branch in online bookings” > Remember to click update branch

  2. Enable practitioner for online booking

    > Settings

    > Users & practitioners

    > Select user

    > Edit practitioner setting

    > Turn on “Show this practitioner in online bookings”. > Edit your practitioner online booking time slots

    > Remember to click update practitioner

  3. Enable appointment type for online booking.

    > Appointments

    > Select appointment types

    > Select related billable item > Tick “show in online bookings” > Remember to click update appointment type
