Patient Packages

Package Set Up

1. Go to navigation bar and click on packages.

2. Click on add new package

3. Add Package name, price, validity, and tax (if applicable)

4. Click add billable item and make sure you have successfully added billable item in settings before creating packages.

What is billable item?

Billable item is single or individual services that will be completed within one session

What is package?

Package includes more than one single service which will be completed in a few session

Eg

Billable item - chiro treatment

Package - 10 sessions of chiro treatment

Package Purchase

1. Go to invoice or click on add a payment on patients’ appointment card

2. Click add package and select the package name

3. Add amount and save payment

Package Usage

1. Go to invoice or click add a payment on patients’ appointment card

2. Click on “use” (top left).

3. Choose the amount of sessions used by the patient and click “confirm”

4. Click “create invoice”
