Go to the navigation bar, click on 'Settings', click on 'General Settings', scroll all the way down, and tick 'Allow Patient Queue System'. Remember to click 'Save'.
Go back to 'Settings', click on 'Queue Configuration', fill in all the necessary information, and click 'Create Queue Configuration'.
Go to the navigation bar, click on 'Queue Display'. Now, you can connect your queue display to your TV.
Please ensure that you have enabled all three clinic management system features in settings. Go to the navigation bar, click on 'Settings', click on 'General Settings', scroll all the way down, and tick all three boxes. Remember to click 'Save'.
Click on “Queue” at the top, and you will be directed to the patient queue page.
Click on “Create New Visit” at the top left.
Fill out all the necessary information in the “New Visit” pop-up. You can either choose your patient from your existing patient database or create a new patient here.
You can add an additional stage to the visit, select a room, and select priority. Remember to click “Create Walk-In”.
Click on “Print” to print the queue number.
Click on “Room” and you will be directed to a list of pending patients for that particular treatment room.
Click on “Treatment Notes” and you will be directed to the patient profile.
Click on “Call Patient”; your patient’s number will be called and displayed on the queue display.
Proceed to complete your patient treatment notes.
Then click on “Prescribe Medication,” fill out the necessary information, and click “Save.”
Tick the checkboxes in the “List of Drugs.” Click on “Print Label” (make sure the label printer is connected to your PC).
Lastly, click on “Add New Invoice.” All the prescribed medication will already be in the invoice. Click on “+ Billable Item” to add a service fee. Click “Create Invoice” and “Save Payment.” (You can also click on “Cancel Payment” if no payment has been made yet.)
