The " Recall " feature acts as a reminder function for both practitioners and frontdesk staff.

  • here you can create recall categories, e.g. 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 6 months, etc.

πŸ“ B) Create a Recall Go to: [Patient] > select patient > [Recall] > [Add Recall]

  • this is commonly done by practitioners during consultation to suggest the appropriate recall period based on the patient's condition.

πŸ“ž C) Follow-up on Recalls (Make Recall) Go to: [Reports] > [Recalls] > Select Date (e.g., 1-30 Jun 2025) > [Create Report]

  • Usually handled by the admin/front desk.

  • They check upcoming recalls, contact patients to schedule appointments according to the suggested date.

  • Once a date is confirmed, create the appointment on the schedule calendar and tick the β€œRecalled” box to mark it as done.

  • This process can be done weekly to ensure all patient recalls are followed up properly.
