Patient Recall
The " Recall " feature acts as a reminder function for both practitioners and frontdesk staff.
π A) Setup Recall Types Go to: [Settings] > [Recall types]
here you can create recall categories, e.g. 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 6 months, etc.
π B) Create a Recall Go to: [Patient] > select patient > [Recall] > [Add Recall]
this is commonly done by practitioners during consultation to suggest the appropriate recall period based on the patient's condition.
π C) Follow-up on Recalls (Make Recall) Go to: [Reports] > [Recalls] > Select Date (e.g., 1-30 Jun 2025) > [Create Report]
Usually handled by the admin/front desk.
They check upcoming recalls, contact patients to schedule appointments according to the suggested date.
Once a date is confirmed, create the appointment on the schedule calendar and tick the βRecalledβ box to mark it as done.
This process can be done weekly to ensure all patient recalls are followed up properly.
