Appointment - Online Bookings
Go to the menu bar in the top left corner, scroll down, and click on “Settings”.
Click on “Online Bookings”.
Turn on online bookings to allow your patient to book appointments online.
Complete all the mandatory fields in order to proceed to save. [NOTE: You won’t be able to save if any of the mandatory fields are left empty].
Set practitioners’ availability for online booking in users & practitioners. Click HERE to refer to users & practitioners video tutorial.
Click “Save”, you’ll be redirected to the settings page again. Then, click on “Online Bookings” again.
Copy URL or copy code to embed in your website.
NOTES:
Max appointment per day segment;
This refers to the maximum number of appointments allowed during morning, afternoon, and evening sessions on a daily basis.
Daily limit of appointments a patient can book online;
Refers to the maximum number of appointments patients can book in a day.
Lead time for bookings;
Lead time determines how much time in advance patients can book appointments.
How far ahead bookings are offered;
Defines the range of future dates for booking appointments.
Online bookings (in progress) reservation length;
Specifies how long an appointment slot is reserved when a patient is in the process of booking.
Number of limits a patient can book in a slot;
This sets the quantity of appointments patient can book within a single time slot.
Please ensure that you have attached the corresponding billable item to the appointment type available for online booking. Click HERE to refer to appointment type video tutorial.
Appointment - Online Booking with Payment
Go to the menu bar in the top left corner, scroll down, and click on “Settings”.
Click on “Online Bookings”.
Tick on “Enable Online Payment”.
Fill in the mandatory details and click “Save”
Appointment - Appointment Types
Go to the menu bar in the top left corner, scroll down, and click on “Settings”.
Click on “Appointment Types”.
Click on “Add Appointment Type”
Complete all the mandatory fields in order to proceed to save. [NOTE: You won’t be able to save if any of the mandatory fields are left empty].
