You can enable loyalty program in settings
Go to “Settings”, click on”general settings” under our clinics.
Scroll all the way down, check on “allow loyalty program” checklist.
Remember to click “save”.
You will be able to see “voucher” under finances once you have successfully enabled loyalty program.
You can set up all your vouchers in settings
Go to “settings”, click on vouchers under finances.
Click “add voucher” on top right corner.
Fill up all the necessary information.
Click “create voucher”.
You can set up points for all your billable items
Go to “settings”, click on “billable item” under finances.
Click on “add service”.
Fill up all the necessary information and remember to key in “points to be given per billable item” if you will be giving out points to your patient when they purchase this item.
Click “create billable item”.
You can set up your points for all your products here
Go to “products”, click “add new products”.
Fill in all the necessary information and remember to key in “points to be given per product” if you will be giving out points to your patient when they purchase this product.
Click “save product”
You can set up points for all your packages here
Go to “packages”, click on add new packages.
Fill up the required information and remember to key in “points to be given per package” if you will be giving out points to your patient when they purchase this package.
Click “save package”.
Your patient can earn and accumulate points buying any services, packages, and products from you. Here’s how you can do it:
Click on “add new invoice”, choose patient name.
Add “invoice item” to earn or accumulate points. Click “add billable item” / “add products” / “add package” / “ add open item” to give points to your patient accordingly (Note: the amount of points will be given based on your points setting in your billable item/packages/products setting)
You can view the points for every invoice item on the bottom right corner.
Click “create invoice” and add payment as usual (Note: Points will only be given upon complete payment).
Your patient can redeem their vouchers in their respective Medicalmet app or alternatively you can help your patient to redeem thier vouchers in their profile. Here’s how you can do it:
To Redeem Voucher:
Click on “patient”, choose patient name.
You can view your patients’ accumulated points on top of their profile.
Click on “vouchers” to redeem. Click “redeem voucher” to confirm redemption.
To Use Voucher:
Go to invoice, fill up the all the necessary information, click on the voucher dropdown to view all vouchers available.
Click “create invoice” to confirm purchase
