Patient registration

Patient registration (Scan Patient IC/ Passport)

1. Disclaimer: this function is only accessible for “FRONTDESK” role only!

2. Login to medicalmet app by using “FRONTDESK” email and password. You can download Medicalmet app from playstore/ Apple Store.

3. Click on “Frontdesk” to login

4. Click on “Walk-In” at the bottom

5. Click either MyKad/ passport to scan.

6. Double check the scanned details (you may edit the details if it is incorrect). You may also add in phone number & religion during the registration.

7. Click on submit! Your patient have successfully registered !!!

You can create frontdesk role in settings.

1. Login to your HQ/ Admin account.

2. Go to Settings

3. Click on users & practitioners

4. Click on add user

5. Fill in the necessary information and make sure you have set the security role as a “FRONTDESK”

Patient registration (key in patient data manually)

1. Click on “patient”

2. Key in the required information. (Note: Red coloured boxes are mandatory fields)

3. Make sure you have completed the mandatory fields before you save the information.

Patient Self Registration

• This feature enable your patients to self register themselves thru a link.

1. Go to settings

2. Click on “Users and practitioners”

3. Click on “Add Users”

4. Fill up the required information and choose “Guest” for the security role

5. Click create user

• Send “precise.medicalmet.com” to your patients and login to the account using the Guest email and password that you’ve created. Now they can access to the patient registration form for self enrolment/ registration.
